Most standard digitizing and vector artwork orders are completed within 12–24 hours. Complex designs and physical patch orders may require additional time.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once you approve the quotation, you can confirm the order and complete any required payment.

Payment may be required before work begins, before final digital files are released, or before custom patches enter production.

Artwork Preparation

Embroidery files are planned around stitch type, direction, density, underlay, pull compensation, and sequencing.

Vector artwork is manually redrawn using clean paths and scalable shapes. Patch artwork is adjusted according to the selected style, material, border, backing, and dimensions.

Quality Review

The completed work is reviewed for visual accuracy, technical quality, required specifications, and possible production issues.

Any necessary correction identified during this stage is made before the file or proof is sent to you.

Proof or File Approval

When required, we send a digital proof, mockup, or design preview for your review.

Check the spelling, colors, dimensions, layout, placement, border, backing, and other project details before approving production.

Final Delivery

Completed embroidery and vector files are delivered through email, your customer account, or an agreed download method.

Physical custom patch orders are shipped to the confirmed delivery address after production and quality inspection.

Revisions and Support

If an adjustment is required, send us clear details explaining the issue. Reasonable revisions based on the original instructions are included where applicable.

Major design changes, additional artwork, different dimensions, or a new production method may require a revised quote.
