Orders and Artwork
How do I place an order?
Select the service you need, upload your artwork, and include details such as the required size, file format, fabric, placement, colors, and deadline. Our team will review your instructions and confirm the project requirements before beginning the work.
Which artwork formats do you accept?
We accept most commonly used artwork formats, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, and scanned images. You can also send a clear photograph or sketch if a better-quality file is unavailable.
Can you work with blurry or low-resolution artwork?
Yes. We can redraw blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution artwork into clean vector files. If the design contains unclear details, we may contact you for confirmation before completing the work.
What information should I provide with my order?
For the most accurate result, please provide:
- The required design size
- The intended fabric or material
- The placement, such as cap, left chest, or jacket back
- Your preferred machine file format
- Any color, backing, border, or special instructions
- Your required delivery date
Embroidery Digitizing
What is embroidery digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a machine-readable embroidery file. The file contains information about stitch types, direction, density, underlay, sequencing, and thread changes needed to reproduce the design on fabric.
Which embroidery file formats can you provide?
We can provide commonly used machine formats such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, and other formats based on your embroidery machine or software requirements. Please mention your preferred format when placing the order.
Do you digitize caps, 3D puff, and jacket-back designs?
Yes. We provide digitizing for left-chest logos, caps, 3D puff, appliqué, jacket backs, uniforms, patches, and other custom embroidery applications. Each file is prepared according to its size, placement, and material.
How do you maintain digitizing quality?
We review the artwork, intended fabric, design size, stitch direction, density, underlay, and sequencing before preparing the file. The completed design is checked for technical issues that could cause thread breaks, puckering, poor registration, or unnecessary stitch buildup.
Pricing, Delivery and Revisions
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the design size, complexity, required service, and production specifications. Send us your artwork and instructions to receive a clear quote before work begins. Regular and bulk-order pricing may also be available.
What is your normal turnaround time?
Most standard embroidery digitizing and vector artwork orders are completed within 12–24 hours. Complex designs and custom patch orders may require additional time. We will confirm the estimated delivery time after reviewing your project.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes, urgent orders may be accepted depending on the design’s complexity and our current production schedule. Mention your deadline when submitting the artwork so we can confirm availability.
Do you provide revisions?
Yes. Reasonable revisions related to the original instructions are provided to help the file meet its production requirements. Major changes, additional artwork, new lettering, or a different design concept may require a revised quote.
Vector Artwork and Custom Patches
What can vector artwork be used for?
Vector artwork can be resized without losing quality, making it suitable for screen printing, signage, vinyl cutting, engraving, promotional products, packaging, and other branding applications.
Which types of custom patches do you offer?
We offer embroidered, woven, chenille, and PVC patch solutions. Available options may include different sizes, shapes, thread colors, borders, and backing styles based on your design and intended use.
Can you help me choose the right patch type?
Yes. Send us your design, required quantity, intended use, size, and preferred finish. We will recommend a patch style and production options that suit the level of detail and overall look you want to achieve.
Files and Confidentiality
Will my artwork remain confidential?
Yes. Customer artwork and project information are handled carefully and are not sold to third parties. We only use your files to complete the services you request unless you give us permission to display the finished work.
How can I send multiple artwork files?
You can upload the files individually through the order or quote form. If you have several files, place them in a ZIP folder and upload the compressed folder. Include clear instructions for each design to avoid delays.
