Quotes are based on the artwork and instructions provided at the time of review. If the design, size, format, placement, or project requirements change after approval, the price and turnaround time may also change.

Payment instructions and available payment methods will be provided with your order or invoice. Work may require payment before final files or physical products are released. Special arrangements for regular business customers must be approved in advance.

Reasonable revisions based on the original instructions are included. Major artwork changes, new design elements, different dimensions, additional lettering, or a new concept may require an additional charge.

Most standard digital orders are completed within 12–24 hours. Complex designs, bulk orders, physical patches, delayed approvals, or incomplete instructions may require additional time. Any estimated timeline begins after the project requirements and payment arrangements are confirmed.

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of service, the stage of work completed, and the applicable published terms. Custom work that has already started or been delivered may not qualify for a full refund. Contact us promptly if you have a concern so we can review the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing delivered files and confirming the design details before full production. A test sew-out or production sample is recommended because results can vary depending on the machine, thread, fabric, stabilizer, tension, and operator settings.

Prices, service features, and turnaround estimates may be updated when business or production requirements change. However, an approved quote will not be changed without informing the customer.
