Who Qualifies as a New Customer?
A qualifying referral must be a person or business that has not previously completed a paid order with Built With Threads LLC. Duplicate accounts, related accounts, and self-referrals do not qualify.
When Is the Store Credit Issued?
Credit is issued only after the referred customer’s first qualifying payment has cleared and the referral information has been verified.
How Can Store Credit Be Used?
Store credit may be applied toward eligible future orders with Built With Threads LLC. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to a payment method, sold, or transferred.
Can I Combine Credits?
Verified referral credits may be combined and applied toward an eligible future order, subject to the order value and any promotion-specific restrictions.
What Does Not Qualify?
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid, duplicate, or self-referred orders do not qualify. Referrals submitted after the customer has completed their first order may not be accepted if they cannot be verified.
Responsible Referral Promotion
Referrers must not use spam, misleading statements, false claims, impersonation, or unauthorized advertising when promoting Built With Threads LLC. Referrers are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of the company.
Program Changes
Built With Threads LLC may update, suspend, or discontinue the referral program. Credits already earned through verified qualifying referrals will remain subject to the terms in effect when they were issued, unless otherwise required by law.
